CONSTRUCTION
Modern in design & rigid in construction. Tripple walled body. Inner chamber made of Stainless Steel and outer body made of Mild Steel duly powder coated paint. 75mm thick glass-wool insulation is provided between the two chambers. Door is fitted with electroplated hinges with spring and roller bolt locking or Magnetic latch. Complete with GLASS DOOR.

HEATING ELEMENTS
PLACED ON BACK SIDE OF INCUBATOR, DIRECTLY UNDER FORCED AIR CIRCULATION BLOWER FOR UNIFORM TRANSFER OF HEAT.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICTION
Double walled construction with inner chamber made of highly polished stainless steel & Outer chamber made of MILD STEEL/GI DULY POWDER COATED.
The gap (65 mm) between the walls is filled with special grade insulation material for proper insulation and to avoid heat losses.
Inner chamber fabricated with adjusting shelves to convenient height.
Supplied with three removable shelves made of S.S. Sheet.
Fitted with air circulating fan.
With two doors. The outer door is insulated and is fitted with heavy hinges. Inner door is made of glass panel mounted in a Aluminum frame to facilitate inspection of samples, without disturbing the chamber temperature.
Heating elements made of high grade imported in chrome wire will be insulated inside the porcelain beads and placed on Back Side for uniform temperature all over the space.
Temperature is controlled by digital display temperature controller-cum-indicator from 5°C above ambient to 60°C±0.5°C.
Set “Over temperature” safety and alarm: provided with set over temperature safety up to 10°C (adjustable) and audio alarm feature will be incorporate in the temperature controller.
Air ventilators port are provided on sides for ventilate fumes and to assist convection process.
Control panel : The equipment will be provided with a panel having a temperature control key pad, On/Off switch and indicating light.
Supplied with cord and plug. Suitable to operate on 220 V single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
